Not very clear what you are referring to. Can I suggest you read the user-guide first and then come back to us if you still have questions?

Hi rainbowbridge1
I'm running CamerAlert on a Desire in the background with CoPilot 8 in the foreground so I'll try to assist you.
I've looked on the web android market but it is only showing 3 screenshots, what is the 4th screenshot you refer to.
Is it the one that refers to speed cameras nearby if so it appears you don't have maps turned on, try :-
Open CamerAlert
Press "Menu" (hard button at base of Desire)
Select "Settings"
scroll down to "Show map" & select
select "always" (if already selected select "never" then "always" again)
back out of the menu system using the hard button back arrow.
If the maps don't show your phone may not know where it is, either turn on your GPS and go outside or if you have home WiFi turn that on and select "Use wireless networks" in the Desire's Settings-Location.
If the above doen't work re-post.
PS Have you read the manual available Pocket GPS World Forum Index - CamerAlert on Android -1st post from Mike B links to where _________________ HUAWEI P30 Pro (new edition) with Speedtrap Alert & alcatel1 for SatNav

I am new to all this tech stuff. You say you run yours with co pilot.
I have a navigon sat nav. spelt it wrong but i guess you kinow the one.

What country are you in? It may simply be that we don't have that camera in our database - if that's the case then you can submit it and may qualify for a free lifetime subscription.

2 things:
1) do you have audio alers turned on?
2) does the camera only 'catch' driers in the other direction?

can you give us the camera ID? either tap it on the map when you get near it and it will show a screen with something like 'GATSO:12345@30' at the top. In that example 12345 is the ID. Or if you can locate it on the camera submission map.
failing that, give us the town and road and we can find it for ya

If the above doesn't work try a soft reboot of the Desire (switch off/ switch on). I've found this often works with phones/computers.
DO NOT RESET TO FACTORY SETTINGS, this causes chaos especially if it's a contract phone. _________________ HUAWEI P30 Pro (new edition) with Speedtrap Alert & alcatel1 for SatNav

hi duddy everything working ok now. I have a question for you duddy, you say you use co pilot live 8 how does that compare to google navigation.
Also what if your mobile rings while navigating.
thanks to people who gave advice to my cam prob.

Sorry, Can't assist with Google Navigation, I've never tried it.
With regards to receiving a call, no problems, I just accept the call (via my BT) but the screen changes to the call receiving mode and reverts back to the CoPilot screen on completion of the call.
This may cause a problem if in the middle of a complex navigation but it's not happened to me yet but then in the last 2 months, whilst driving, the longest call I've made/ received was 58 secs (I don't chat whilst driving and that really irritates the wife ) _________________ HUAWEI P30 Pro (new edition) with Speedtrap Alert & alcatel1 for SatNav
