Whilst the PGPSW Speed Camera database can contain directional information for the cameras, if the device manufacturers don't script the software to use the extra directional information, then you will get warnings from cameras on both sides of the road.
Garmin do not support directional data from custom POI databases - Mike |

Yes
Not sure if any of the mainstream units allow directional POI data any more. _________________ DashCam:

Why do the usefull features seem to be going backwards, whilst giving us USELESS features like TV and Mp3 playback? |

Don't you mean "No" then?
Depends if the "Does TomTom?" question was aimed at post #1 or post #2....
Basically, TomTom is the same as Garmin... it warns for user POIs wherever they are on the road.
It DOES use directional information for it's own camera database though. _________________ "Settling in nicely" ;-) |
