Hi guys,
I'm not yet a fully paid up member and I need a bit of info before I take the plunge.
My first problem is that my in-car Sat-Nav device isn't listed on your "Suitable devices" list. I use a Tom Tom Go 630 Traffic but it isn't on the list. Nor can I find it by opening the instruction files for similar looking Tom Tom devices and checking there.
That's the first issue. The second is maybe a lot simpler.
'Er indoors drives a Nissan with the Nissan Connect in-built Sat - Nav system which IS catered for. The question is, if I were to find the proper file for my Tom Tom Go 630 Traffic, would I then be committing some kind of sin by downloading the Nissan Connect Safety camera database and installing it on HER car?
I've seen the List of Shame which shows ex-members that have been banned for sharing the database and I wouldn't like to see my name on the list.
Any answers to either question would be gratefully accepted.
Cheers m' dears,
Steve |

Hi Steve, the PGPSW database will work fine on the Go-630 I guess it got missed off the list as the 630 was added to the x30 family of devices quite late on.
You are fine to install and use the database on upto three devices within the same household so there is no problem in using it for your TomTom and your wife's Nissan Connect.
The name and shame list is mainly where members have posted a copy of the database on file sharing sites/ warez sites etc - Mike |

One thing to keep in mind though, if you are first to submit a speed camera location to the database (new camera, removal etc) then you will qualify for lifetime membership - Mike |
