I thought the 750 booted from internal even if the os is copied to the sd card.
I bought a new 750 from Tesco last month for £170

I've a feeling I've heard it too. Mike would know - I think he's the one who said if you want to run (some models) off the SD card, you need to delete internal contents. Apologies Mike if I'm talking rubbish!

Just deleted internal os and booted from sd card. I am sure I read somewhere on here it was not possible.
Was busy last night trying to download latest map, so could not try then.
