Done and corrected. Thanks |

@ Paulsaddington Before you copy the mapsettings.cfg file to your iPhone make sure the TomTom app isn't running in the background otherwise the new file won't get loaded correctly - Mike |

I now have a set of files for the iPhone4 but need to sort out a set of files for the 3G/ 3GS users, this also will need testing when I can get the wife's iPhone for half an hour, once thats done I will get the downloads sorted albeit in a new thread as this one has run its course - Mike |
Hi Mike,
Any luck with the files needed for the 3G/3GS, or should i just use the same ones as for the iPhone 4? |

Mine works fine with the mapsettings.cfg file included in the zip file at the start of this thread.
Why not be certain of the folders used by using diskaid.
It is free for the first 14 days. _________________ -------------------------

Hey Pete / Biggy
Please refer to the posts on page 14 - from ArthurFuxake onwards. They explain how to adjust the files you currently have to meet v1.7.
Regards.

Mike, What am I missing with the Ver:1.7 zip file for iPhone 4 (Maps of Western Europe).
Have sent this via DiskAid to iPhone 4 and I see them there, but they don't show up in the Poi's or on the map. Help !!! Thanks, Mike. |
