My 930T has suddenly stopped connecting to both the TomTom remote and my HTC desire with the message "The required features have not been found for this phone"
Any ideas guys?
It was working fine yesterday, nothing has changed with the phone, tomtom or remote!! _________________ From TomTom One to a 730T, then a 930T, now a 1005... |

First off give the reset button in the base of the 930 a prod and try it again, you won't lose any settings doing this, if the reset fails try this:
Delete the phone from the TomTom and delete the TomTom from the phone then re-pair the devices - Mike |

Thanks for the ideas Mike, but I've already given that a go.
Just when I thought my Tomtom was working well for a change, it throws this spanner in the works...... _________________ From TomTom One to a 730T, then a 930T, now a 1005... |
