I think the problem occurs when a link from the newsletter or search results is followed. At the bottom of the page there is "Click here to view more comments..." but it's very easily missed, so you think you're at the end of the comments. Then, when you add a post, page 3 or whatever suddenly appears with your post on it. I'll check more carefully, in future. |

Cut down? Why, what's missing? I think it's rather good personally. _________________ Darren Griffin |

Sounds like you are comparing PND software with iPhone software. Not really a fair comparison. Unless you mean something like iPhone v Android?
What specific major differences have you found then? _________________ David

but that is my point - i am comparing it to a PND version.
First off, if there is no GPS signal when initiating a route i cannot select "use last known position" and then let it recalculate when the signal returns. |

The problem is that I am expected to cough up my £50 (quite a hike from recent pricing) for something that i have no idea of how it will perform or what features will be available. There is no manual or user guide, and you have 15 minutes from download to accept it, and then no refunds after that.
For the price of this is I could buy a whole satnav with a fully functioning application.
When i first started using this it was giving simple voice instructions, now its giving TTS and i cant work out how to turn it back!!
When i was out in the car yesterday i hit the little up arrow and it changed to fixed map view or something and it wouldnt follow the route. I had to turn it off and on again to get back to how it was. Im going to have to fiddle with it while im driving to work it out. |
