Protection of Freedoms Bill was introduced in February and is expected to make the statute books late 2011 or early 2012.
It will make it unlawful to clamp vehicles by anyone other than police or councils. _________________ Darren Griffin |

My motorhome has a 1000 Watt inverter and I carry a 550 Watt angle grinder with a 3mm metal cutting wheel which can deal with problem devices. Not that I would recommend it but 3 pieces of clamp left in a neat pile was a joyous thing. |

that's a much better solution than ANY app and much more legal than a shotgun |
