I purchased my Tomtom from these guys in Jan, the TMC-RDS broke, and although getting in touch can be a pain sometime, I do have a new unit after sending it back a week ago. So you can be assured they will deal with complaints/ problems.
SO thumbs up. |

Good firm to deal with. Ordered a Navman S90i but then found out about the rebooting and POI restrictions so returned it. Got a full, less postage, refund pretty quickly. Pleasant people to deal with.
Only a couple of small down points. Took just over a week to get a return processed but that was the throwback from the Xmas order/returning and the LiveCare is really hit and miss as to whether you get through. I got though once only but then their phone support is pretty good.
All in all, a good experience and recommended.

Also positive feedback from me. Ordered Garmin 550T Thursday night but MasterCard blocked the purchase for security reasons - did not match my usual buying pattern. On Friday I contacted Handtech online and arranged for a Saturday delivery - extra £3.50. Arrived this morning and now playing with it....
My only complaint is that their customer service number was not answered, but the online support request was picked up quickly. _________________ Steveee

I recently bought an HTC Incredible S from this company, I actually ordered it at a time when it was out of stock. When the item came back in stock the price had dropped by £45 from the one I had already paid when I pre-ordered the phone. I immediately pointed this out to the Handtec support people who promptly refunded the difference to my credit card
The order was shipped by FedEx and was delivered with two business days, which is no mean feat given that it had to travel half way across Europe from the UK to Malta!
Well done to all the people at Handtec, keep up the good work! |
