|
|
As the title says, my subscription to TT Live services expires at the end of this month (April). I have found it very useful and I will renew.
My question is: If I renew before my expiry date, will I loose the remaining days on my current sub?
Thanks. _________________ Cracking Toast Gromit!

No, it is added on, I did this when there was an offer on. It takes a day or so to show up, then you will see you expiry dates pushed out. _________________ Drivelux |

Mine is the same but the email link to renew always seems to be down on the tomtom site.
I suppose I might have to ring up at end of month.

I did the wifes yesterday, did it via home.
It said £47 for a year, so paid up only to find she got 24 months instead of 12 not sure why that happened but not going to moan to much.

Finally got around to renewing my Live! Services subscriptions. I used TomTom Home. It was very easy. The new 12 months was correctly added to the balance of my existing sub. and my 750Live, showed the new expiry date within minutes.
Apart from the 'hit' on my wallet, it was a very quick and easy thing to do, which did surprise me! _________________ Cracking Toast Gromit!
