Can a route created in Google maps be imported to my Nuvi 3760T? If so, can someone please explain in layman's language how to do it? Many thanks. |

The 37xx series are unable to import routes at the moment. There is meant to be a 'fix' in the first quarter of 2011, but time is fast running out. Best you can do is import the various way points then reconstruct the route on your nuvi. |

Thanks for the response. I'll wait and hope the "fix" happens as the routes are too contorted to input all the waypoints. It would take forever! |

Once you CAN import the routes to your Nuvi, try TYRE (Trace Your Route Anywhere)
It's a great (free) program that allows you to plan your route using Google Maps or Google Earth and then export the route to your sat-nav.
Originally written for the TomTom, but works just as well for Garmin as it can save in Garmin gps format (and Navigon format too).
(I have no connection with them, other then as a satisfied user). |

Thanks, I have now downloaded TYRE and await a Garmin update - I won't hold my breath though |
