|
|
Upon trying to open the zip file, I receive the error " The compressed (zipped) folder is invalid or corrupted".
After a trip of an hour and 43 minutes, I now have a log of 2570 positions recorded.
I have emailed it to myself and received a zip file.
This seems strange, because before my journey, I cleared the log and waited a few seconds and emailed myself the log. Even though it only contained 1 record, I was able to open it without problems.
ANyone else having problems with this? _________________ Drive-Smart-01, DS Pulse Master

A day later, and now I have 4316 positions recorded.
After emailing it, I still have the same problem and error.
Any one from Support available? _________________ Drive-Smart-01, DS Pulse Master

PKUNZIP, from within Lotus Notes, launched.
I have since "cleared the Event log" and tried again.
it is now working. _________________ Drive-Smart-01, DS Pulse Master

Now that I have some 11,500 new locations 'tracked' I needed to give it a try again, to prove to my company how long it took me to do a journey yesterday.
Again, Upon trying to open the zip file, I receive the error " The compressed (zipped) folder is invalid or corrupted".
Who can I email a log file to, to have a look at it, PM me. _________________ Drive-Smart-01, DS Pulse Master

I just did it directly from my iPhone.
I am needing to know what time I got home to Fleet last night. _________________ Drive-Smart-01, DS Pulse Master
