Can anyone tell me where the option is in the menu of my XL (squared) is to warn me when near to a safety camera.......Thanks |

By the way i should also add that I cant find the safety camera option in my POI lists |

Plus Services/ TomTom Safety Cameras from what I recall, the TT camera database isn't treated in the same way as a true POI file with all the associated benefits so is a rather lame duck, as for the accuracy, watch your speed rather than rely on it to give you any sort of realistic warning especially where mobile camera locations are concerned - Mike |

Which navigation software (navcore) version are you using?
If you haven't already done so, update it using Tomtom Home.
Earlier versions of the XL(2) navcore didn't have the "Warning near POI" function enabled as Tomtom was removing this feature from lower end models (all models?)
Luckily they since changed their mind and now it's available |
