There appears to be a great deal of support from PGPSW users for the UK armed forces and, perhaps, we could take that a step further.
The PGPSW management team have given their approval for the following:
Without it costing you a penny more, you can support Help for Heroes by simply shopping online at more than 2000 of your favourite retailers.
For anybody who shops online, all you have to do is register with easyfundraising and then use the link on their website as a click through rather than going direct to the retailer’s website. The retailer will then donate up to 15% from every purchase to the chosen cause - Help for Heroes, if you use the address below.
By registering with “Help for Heroes with PocketGPSWorld.com” as the cause, Help for Heroes would benefit and we would be able to keep PGPSW users updated by having a separate total of our own. Although each transaction may only raise a few pence individually, the cumulative effect could be quite dramatic.
With 2000+ retailers to choose from - including eBay, Amazon, Apple Store - it couldn’t be much easier and, best of all, it doesn’t cost a penny extra. Whilst most retailers may only donate one to three percent, the odd one donates 15% and some also pay additional one-off donations for things like first purchase made through easyfundraising.
Even if you are not an online shopaholic, perhaps we could also try to get family and friends involved.

Done Andy, good find.
I suggested to H4H that on their own shopping site that there is a check mark on the Donations page to add 'Gift Aid' to each purchase of a donation.
They responded quickly to say that their web designers would look in to it. _________________ Ric - TomTom 520 DEAD - Passed to the great traffic jam in the sky. Now using Maps & Waze on Samsung Galaxy S4 + CamerAlert of course! |

The total raised thus far is £15.22, so the odd few pence here and there does add up _________________ Andy

With Christmas rapidly approaching, and over 6000 retailers to shop through, we may be able to make a difference to somebody's life _________________ Andy
