Fully Combined European Map?

I know you can get seperate Benelux countries or a combined map. Is there a combined Benelux \Deutschland map or a way to do it other than using MRE?

I had another topic questioning the use of itineraries. There are issues in using them across country borders or creating itineraries in MRE and using them in country maps. A single combined detailed map would resolve these issues.

<jealous>Just because you have a 1 GB card </jealous> doesn't mean everybody has it. And the combined map can quickly grow even beyond that, making file handling close to impossible.

There is a combined map D-A-CH, and it is 239 MB in size...

There is no Benelux \Deutschland Combined Map and the only way to do it is MRE.
