It might be a bit obvious but have you selected a night colour scheme for your night view? Changing between day and night view selects a different colour scheme so if you have a day colour scheme selected for night, you won't see much difference. _________________ Drivelux |

My 930 refurb' had to be replaced during it's 12 month warranty due to the display backlight failing so that the unit was unusable. It's battery never lasted long and the replacement was the same, 10 mins at the most before it would switch off. I was told that these units are designed to run permanantly connected. Makes a joke out of trying to use "walking mode".
I haven't used it for a few months now, so I expect it is completely dead now!
There was a post on here detailing how to replace a battery but I don't think I will bother as my smartphone and CamerAlert are good enough for me. _________________ Regards,

NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
dont want to sell it Andy just want it to work most of the time
im still glad i took all your advise as its a great unit...when it works.
oopps how rude of me not replying to Daves post.
i thought about the replacement battery as theres a place in acton thats meant to be very good.
its just the odd occasion when you think its charged and it dies in your hand after 5 mins.
i dont do that much traveling, maybe 4 or 5 long journeys a year so always use it plugged in in the car so it will have to do for now. |
