Hi everyone,i'm very new to this download and unzipping,i have a mac and the zip file is downloaded but when i come to open it all i get is error messages,i have downloaded stuffit but it will not open it.
In the downloads i click on the file and then click on the stuffit icon and thats as far as i get,help please
also it says decompression failed in the download window |

We all use Macs here so you can rest assured that everything we do is supported on them.
The issue is Mac's built-in unzipp app which is notoriously poor, download and install the free Unarchiver which is much better.
Then download as normal, locate the downloaded file in your 'Downloads' folder, right-click and select open-with | unarchiver. _________________ Darren Griffin |

hi i have downloaded the speed camera database on my mac but it has stopped at about 75% when i click on it it will not open i have now down loaded unarchiver do i trash this download and try again or can i prompt it to move on |

Jumping in half way through a post, I use a Mac as well.
Scrap the 1st file you downloaded, do a new one and then use unarchiver.
Works every time for me. _________________ Triumph Tbird 1700. And now a Bonnie T100. |
