Anyone else having problems with safety cameras now they have these updates? I'll put a post on the safety camera forum but if I delete the ALK safety camera files & user_places whenever I start up CPL it puts the poi files back in so I'm now getting double cameras. |

This has the version and changelog |
that changelog is for the data. I was asking about a changelog for the application. |

You have probably deleted the directory Copilot\EU\UK\save\user_places\poi_uk.safetycam and this removes Alk's safety cameras but you also need to delete Copilot\EU\UK\save\poi.uksafetycam_x.x.xx.xx.ezp
This .ezp file re-installs the Alk safety cams each time you start Co-Pilot.
Hope this helps, you probably did this the first time you installed PGPSW safety cams but have forgotten, like I did on a re-install in a new phone. _________________ HUAWEI P30 Pro (new edition) with Speedtrap Alert & alcatel1 for SatNav

The application and map versions are in
\Storage Card\COPILOT\save\DeviceInfo.xml |

Thanks for your help, I've now fixed it
I had download a camera update from ALK from within CPL and it puts another .ezp file in the Copliot\save folder which kept rebuilding their camera files. I deleted it and now all ok. |

Some Christmas present that was! Here we are in the middle of June and, despite contacting ALK in January, my problem(s) still haven't been resolved!
I have an HTC HD mini. Firstly, after a ROM upgrade, CPL8 refused to flip from landscape to portrait using the device settings. I could live with that. Secondly, if enable 'clear turn', and it activates, I receive an 'out of memory, CoPilot will now close down' error! No good whatsoever.
Ho,ho.ho!
