Gatzo :3021 @ 186 deg Lat 53.81508 Lon -2.22295 has been involved in a bit of an accident

I don't know when it happened but I saw it for the first time on the way to work this morning, could be a while before it's up and running again so I've requested removal from within the iPhone app.

I would imagine it depends on how much a moneyspinner it is on how long it takes to replace? _________________ Moto G5s Plus, Sygic 17.4.8 |

I wonder if it was an accident or deliberate _________________ TomTom ONE Series 30 (v8) & TMC traffic

Someone should tell Fellwalker, whilst this Speed Camera may not 'cause' accidents, it's certainly been involved in one _________________ Darren Griffin |

Certainly the heading needs correcting!

I've no idea what happened to it other than something crashing into it, couldn't find anything on the local newspapers website about it.
They are supposed to be cutting 30 camera's from the (seemingly) hundreds that we have in east Lancs, this could be one of them but as aj2052 says, if it's a good earner they'll get it back up and running |

It's always a pleasure to get to verify one of these types of "deleted" cameras. _________________ Gone fishing! |

OK, my guess is, judging from the marks and distortion, someone has had a go at it with a JCB. Any other theories? _________________ Mike R [aka Wyvern46]
