Anyone used Pimp-My-Nav (BMW POI software).... Good Support?

I am also waiting for the program. when i try to contact them i only get a error message after i try to send my message....

Got the program, but need the activation code... been waiting for that for 24 hours know..... Too bad it is such a poor installation process. If you buy something online you want it straight away....

I recently got a Skoda Superb II FL model with the Columbus unit.
After using this great site for my tomtoms, thought I would check to see if my dvd would work with Pimp my nav. It passed the checking software. So I ordered it. what bad service. I did see this link but thought I would try it.
I thought after the time from the start of the thread he may have improved.

Its taken several day just to get the program. Now waiting several days for the activation code.
Perhaps this site could do a deal with him so we could get a better service.

I am still waiting for the second code after 3 days total 7days

I ordered this software on the 13th Feb (5 days) ago and have not received the software yet despite it saying on their website that it'll be delivered within 48 hours Sad

. I've also tried to contact them through the contact form and on the email address and have now had to resort to raising a dispute through PayPal.

I have still not received any response to any of my messages. Hopefully this will get resolved soon as I'm really keen to start using this software.

Does anyone know of any alternatives to this software for editing BMW DVD's (for CCC systems)?

I bought this needing it in rather a hurry just having fitted a RNS510 to my Passat and about to embark on a long journey along roads famed for their speed (Safety?) cameras.By the end of the week,not having heard anything and despite emailing him twice I set off on my journey, I was away for two weeks and when I returned there was still nothing. I had to put it in the hands of paypal to get a refund.He didn't reply to them either. JUst be aware as it would seem you have to catch him in the right mood.

I bought Pimp-My-Nav 2 years ago.

Over a month ago I upgraded my PC to Windows 10 so Pimp-My-Nav required a new registration key. Despite multiple requests I have got nothing back!!!

Totally unacceptable. Potential buyers beware!

I bought, or rather paid for. Pimp-My-Nav a few months ago. No acknowlegement of payment received and no other communication. I had to put it into dispute via PayPal who also had no reply to their emails and finally refunded me. Very dissapointed and very frustrating.
