when the pda recognizes the gps should it show up in the incoming or outgoing connection on the "active connections" page in the BT manager?

the reason why i am asking, is because sometimes it will show in the incoming and wont transfer any data and wont be recognized.

when shown in the outgoing, it works like a charm.

pda is ipaq 4150, gps is holux GR-230.

My connection always shows up in Outgoing on an iPaq 4355.

The simple answer to this is to ensure that you have all ROM upgrades applied to your PDA and also the latest versions of your software running.

This problem is normally apparent with TomTom Navigator so please ensure that you have all the latest software upgrades which are available from the TomTom website for FREE.
