On my old tomtom where a pin is used to reset the device, if you remove the sd card and hold the on button in when starting up for a few seconds, some information shows on the screen including the chipset (diagnostic screen).
How do you access this info on devices with no sd card and where holding the on button in resets the device? |

Just hold the power button and keep holding it for maybe 20-30 seconds. The diagnostic screen will appear. _________________ David |

Hi dhn,
i have tried this but on this device this is how you re-boot instead of using the pin.
When you hold the button in for about 15 seconds it just re-boots and the diagnostic screen does not appear |
