How do I know when my map update service runs out? I can't find this info anywhere. TT keep bombarding me with offers on map updates but I am sure I have some time still to run as my other services run to April 2011, and I have not had the device a year yet. |

Log into your TomTom Account.
Select My Orders in the right hand panel.
Clicking on the underlined Order Number will take you to the details for that Order. _________________ Richard

I have already tried that but it doesn't answer my question. It tells me when I bought it, but not when it it ends or when my entitlements are up. |

You need to contact TT Customer Services (TTCS) and ask them to confirm the date it runs out.
However the date apparently means nothing as you are guarenteed a number of maps and not x months service. In a year you would expect to get 4 maps, however if the last one was delayed so it was released over a year after you bought the Map Update Service you would still get it as it would count towards your original 4 maps. |

It's not but if you ask TT CS what happens when a map is delayed they will tell you they count the map releases and not the dates... |
