When I first tried to install the files on to the connect I put both the camera and pMobile CSV files into the "myPOIWarnings" folder. But could only ever get one of the two files to show, it appeared that one file overwrote the other. I also have one file in the "myPOIs" folder, and if I try to update the camera files but not the the file in "myPOIs" this file is overwritten and deleted. That's why I combined the two and so far it's worked okay.

Sorry what do you mean by s/w? When I said combine I just meant joint them together. Cut and paste using Excel 2007.
I read with interest your earlier post re editing with notepad as I never could get my connect to work properly after using your macro, great shame as it worked like a dream.

Regards
Keith

Same problem as many of your members - connect gets part way through download and then goes blank and resets itself. I've tried 5 different usb sticks and downloading via Vista and 7 but no luck. Now I've got no warnings and will soon be driving through France to Spain ! Can anyone help please !

After reviewing other postings I've solved the problem ! Once the excel files were downloaded to the memory stick and as suggested by another member, I cut and pasted the mobile listings into the fixed excel files, deleted the original mobile files and the combined files loaded perfectly !!

ok, you now have 2 files in the download:

pocketgps_uk_sc.csv* - this contains ONLY the verified master cameras (i.e. no pmobiles)
and
pocketgps_uk_masters_and_pmobile.csv* - this contain BOTH the verified master cameras AND the pmobiles.

* where uk could be eur, usa etc

you only need to install ONE of these files!
