I have just installed the updated Navigon which is supposed to be compatible with IOS4 but as soon as I ask it to route to one of my favourites it crashes. I have retarted the device but that makes no difference. Nice one Navigon. It's a good job I only use TomTom anyway. |

It gets worse. I have just uninstalled Navigon thinking a clean install might fix the problem but now it won't let me install it at all as "the application's signature is invalid". What is going on?
Update. I've managed to re-install it by downloading directly to the phone. All my favourites have been wiped and I had to re-purchase the extras (although I wasn't charged). After all that it still doesn't work but crashes as soon as I give it an address. |

It warns in the update that due to some issue with in-app purchasing caused by Apple you will have to "buy" all the extras again, albeit you won't be charged. Not a particularly great approach. |

that's because you removed it from your phone before reinstalling...

I managed to get it working again yesterday by following the advice of someone on another forum to just "Reset all settings". After which it worked fine.
I tried it again this morning, still working. Then just to check I turned the phone off and back on again. Ran Navigon, selected an address and immediately "navi gone". |

Navigon have come up with a fix. Apparently it's my fault for choosing to use a 12 hour clock in the UK. Switched to 24 hour clock and it works fine even after turning the phone off. |

I've had no issues so far with Navigon 1.6 on my 3GS/OS4. To be fair, I do use the 24 hour clock! Hopefully they will come up with a fix for the use of a 12 hour clock soon.
Cheers,
