We have the 740Live and the 750Live for my self and my wife --
I am just wondering how you can find out when the subscription expires on the Live services --
they [the 740 and the 750] were bought at different times..
How can I find out ??
I would hate to lose them

Go into Live Services on the unit. It shows you the subscription valid until date. |

Also, if you paid for it, your account information shows all of your purchase dates on the web site. |

Isn't that only if you bought it directly from TomTom, a prepaid card from a dealer would not show up here would it? _________________ Drivelux |

Same, here mine expires next week and I have bought a prepaid but I don't anticipate needing it until early June. _________________ Drivelux |

I went to the subscriptions service on line -- and guess what -- they said
It seems that your Live Services finished today. If you wish to purchase a new subscription please click on the following link:
-- and when I checked it wasn't working -- but it was Yesterday !!!
was that spooky -- or did I just ask the question at the wrong /right time?
But it was dead easy to renew -- we logged in to Tom-tom Home -- they took £79 from me and it was working again !!

FUEL PRICES
It seems that I have Lost some of my services -- cant get the Fuel prices -- an the device it comes up with the Blue screen saying I can subscribe by going to TTHome -- when there it shows that I am subscribed etc.
Checked all the dates etc and well in date for all.
Any Ideas??
One other small point - and I don't know if I have done something wrong --
PHONE CONNECTION
when previously I connected to my phone when switching on my 750L it came up with the audible and visual message "connected to Maurice's phone"
the visual blue words are still coming at the top of the screen with an exclamation mark in a triangle at the front [I haven't noticed that triangle bit before]
Have I switched something off -- all the other voice things seem to work OK..

it is £47.50 on tomtom
http://www.tomtom.com/services/service.php?id=14&tab=50&Lid=1
with all these free programs coming out now tomtom are going to have to do a lot to keep them selves afloat in the coming years I think _________________ TomTom 5001 |
