This is becoming quite a regular one recently, there is an issue with TomTom Home or the servers at TomTom that is at fault. There is little you can do other than complain to TomTom using the following phone number 0845 161 0009.
If enough people complain about the issue they might do something about their crap software you have to put on your computer to interface with the device, personally I try not to use it at all where possible - Mike |

Contact TomTom on the number I gave earlier, unless people complain they won't do anything - Mike |

Not really.........
I have never tried it so wouldn't know if it works on my TomTom
If its just operate my device on the PC that wont work........
Why not just operate the device...... by operating the device |

Why not just operate the device...... by operating the device | One small problem with that is, if you send a location to your device from Google Maps, it needs to open the emulator before you can save it. _________________ TT Go Essential |

The reason i need it to wwork is i have a problem with satnav freezing when i select "postcode"and was advised of a solution by another member in an earlier post and the solution involved using "operate my device"on the pc. |
