TomTom home offered an update, which I did, and then said I needed to log in to get device specific updates. It then said the email address was invalid.
I went to the web site to see what is up, and that too says it is invalid. Is this me, or system wide?

I hope it is not worth mentioning, but my LIVE subscription expires this week, and I got an SMS type message about it and said I didn't want to renew my subscription. Surely that won't have deleted the whole account!

(I have a card waiting for activation later).

Most odd. I haven't done anything, but using the forgotten password link and setting it back to what it was supposed to be has made it all work.

Phew, I do exist!

Thanks Gerry. When no one else had complained, I figured it must have been just me. Most odd though. I wonder if TomTom expired my password automatically? I've not heard of such before.

It happened to me but oddly only on the web and not the Go. What had actually happened was that the web had reverted to a previous password. I have no idea why this happened.
