Is there any way I can find out how many map corrections I have made? I am concerned that I may reach my limit and lose earlier corrections. Otherwise if I reset the TomTom XXL540S will this remove all my corrections and allow me to start the count again now that I have some idea how to achieve my desired accurate corrections?
Thanks for any help

I don't know what the limit is, I've never reached it and I've made quite a lot - although that has been spread over several devices.
AFAIK, there's only a couple of regular posters here who have reached the limit - "Falkirk81" and "young goat". There's a discussion about it HERE, but hey don't say what the actual limit number is (if there is one).
A normal reset won't remove your corrections (although a "Factory Reset" will) but you can also do it in Home without losing everything else you've added. See the"tools" menu /Mapshare/Remove corrections. |

In my case I think it was an error with the device, corrupted data perhaps ?
I seem to recall I overcame it by reinstalling a backup which,of course, had virtually the same data and it worked fine from then on. |

The last I heard was a limit of 750 MapShare changes for any single map - Mike |
