|
|
Was working fine on Friday, and I didn't use over the weekend, but it is not working today.
BB9700
This is what happens:
* I launch the application.
* Progress bar goes to 100%, looks like everything is working.
* Goes to main "map" screen, says "searching for my location" - all the while, I do not see the map, just the "Telmap logo" wallpaper.
* After about two minutes, message saying "searching for my location" disappears, see the orange location pin on the screen, but still no map
* When I try to "search" I get an error message "Unable to process your request. Please try again or contact customer support"
* Also, when I try to search, it seems to think I am in Great Britain (when in fact I am in Canada)
Please help me get Telmap working again!
I tried with both BIS and BES settings - no change.
Thanks! |

Sounds like Telmap have done another upgrade and made a mistake on the change management. Last time this happened it was fixed by downloading and installing a new version. If someone has time it's worth checking if the version available has gone up an increment or two. |
