XL Live - Clear Route

I have just purchased a new XL Live Europe to take advantage of the Live services. On my previous ONE v3 there was a button to Clear Route. This does not seem to be there on the XL Live.

Am I missing something or can I add back this button in any way?

Tap the middle of the status bar at the bottom of the screen and the clear route button should be one of the displayed options on the resultant screen - Mike

I find it quicker to clear a route on the XL LIVE than on a GO, less presses (once you have found the button)

Is it advisable to clear the route after arriving at the destination before planning a new route, or is it safe to simply plan a new route without clearing?

Just plan a new route as the old one will be replaced as part of the process, there is no reason to use the clear route option unless you want to drive around with no destination set - Mike
