What's the time-delay on adding a new sub-category? I submitted a site nearly two weeks ago, and it's still yet to appear.
Appreciate this is a freebie, but some indication of SLA would help.

| Judging by the lack of response/action, I can only guess the answer is "quite a long time". |

the admin area was out of action for some time while the database back-end was being updated - as such there will be a pretty big backlog for the volunteers to work through.
from experience i think they usually do the simpler tasks first such as additions to existing categories before adding new ones but don't quote me on that!

I have added two this week to existing categories and were added within 24 hrs, but in the past have waited nearly 6 weeks for a lengthy new Category, the only thing I can say is patience they will go in eventually.
