Looked all over the forum for the ansewer to this.
Sure its there , can not find it so -
Have just got TomTom XL IQ and have successfully downloaded some POIs on to my computer as .ov2 file. How do I now load it up on to the TomTom.

Using Windows Explorer, Copy and Paste them (plus the associated same name .bmp files which are the display icons) into the map folder on your device. (Wasn't this in the instructions? - I don't read instructions, so maybe it isn't there Or maybe you didn't download your POIs from us so didn't see any instructions?) _________________ Dennis

To clarify, that's not a folder called "map" or "maps" (you may or may not have one of those), but the named map folder - "Western_Europe", "Great_Britain" or what ever the one you are using is called. |

Did not see it in the download instructions.
