At least they haven't wasted their time painting any reference marks on the road. Have they painted them on the path to the front door of the house?
I bet the team won't believe it if you post a correction to the database giving the angle of approah for getting caught as 90 degrees to the road.

Gatso 11016 (Yes I know its sad being able to identify camera numbers from a photograph) - Nearly as good as when all the Gatsos on the prom in the same town you took this picture were turned around to face out to sea! - Mike |

Did you have prior knowledge Mike? If not, how the heck did you ID the camera?
As for the photo, I'll give the target £5 if they can do anything in their front room that is fast enough to trigger the flash _________________ Darren Griffin |

If you check the town the camera is located in from the map then you will see its in Blackpool, as I live there its quite easy to recognise the location straight from the picture, this area is one I avoid these days due to the stupid 20MPH speed limit they put in.
As for your offer of a £5 I might nip around and knock on the door..... - Mike |

Well spotted, Mike !
If you do decide to call at the house, watch your step. Too swift on your feet and you'll trigger the camera .
The dumb 20mph limit in Layton isn't even achievable half the time. Dropping two lanes down to one, not to mention the idiotic picnic benches in the centre of the road (with no kerb/pavement height difference) are 'thick as a plank' ideas.
Traffic queues, due to the bus-stops being on single-lanes, are a nightmare. _________________ " It's better to burn out than fade away . . . "

After reading your post, David, I can't help but think that either your sat-nav is slightly off the mark or you're a damn good guesser because the house is actually number 61 !! _________________ " It's better to burn out than fade away . . . "
