|
|
Can't find it anywhere here although i'm sure it been corvered before.
I've got 12 month LIVE Services and 12 months Map Service from TomTom which run out in a few months...
Are either of these on an automatic recurring credit card charge or will they just run out? |

The definitive answer is I don't know. BUT......
When my annual map update service ran out, they emailed me to say so and tell me to renew (I didn't).
When I bought the 12 month Live Services (recently) I looked and read VERY carefully and decided I was convinced it was NOT a recurring subscription. The monthly subscription is the recurring one - they say so in the buying process (and it takes several months to cancel). _________________ Dennis

Thanks Dennis. I can't find anything in the paperwork or on TTs website either. I've asked them now so i'll see what they say... |

None of the subscriptions are reoccurring in my experience. With the monthly live traffic sub I've always had to go through the checkout process. |

So where do all the stories about it taking three months to cancel the monthly updates come from? |

Thanks Dennis!
I phrased it as a rhetorical question.....
....but only because I was feeling too lazy tonight to research the previous quotes! |
