Hi

I have the Ipaq and TT3 bluetooth on order but would like some advice on mounting it.

The TT mount seems quite basic and doesn't have a speaker, I've read bad things about the Seidio mount and I'm not sure if the Arkon mount is good.

Ideally I'd like to be able to mount it in my Seat Leon without drilling any holes or using the vent.

Any advice much appreciated.

Thanks

T

I've had my Seidio mount for about a week now and have had no problems with it at all. I find it far more useful than the TomTom mount I had before, simply because I can listen to music and the navigation at the same time.

If you don't want a vent mount then use a suction mount. These can be either mounted on the windscreen or with a sticky pad stuck onto the dash and then the suction put onto that instead. With the TomTom kit that's the only choice you have, with the Seidio you can choose what one you want when you order it.

Hope that helps.

Yes. The Seidio has a power in from the cigarette lighter to power the PDA, and also a DC-out than can power a bluetooth GPS, for example.
I'm not sure about powering a normal mouse-type receiver as I don't use one (I use either a bluetooth receiver in my boot or a vehicle-tracking device rigged up to the car kit to grab the GPS feed).
