|
|
Hi Everyone,
I have recently downloaded the speed camera database to two units, one a garmin nuvi310 and the other a Kenwood double din sat nav(built in garmin sat nav). Since installed both units give speed camera warnings at 19 mph and 43 mph!!!
Do you think i have a corrupt file(as both were placed on sd to install) or can you come with any further help.
Many thanks |

Hi and welcome to the forum.
You need to re-run the upload again but this time on the 3rd screen (i think) make sure POILoader is set to MPH and KPH. |

Re-load the unit with the POILoader application set to MPH rather than the KPH default, this is a known issue that affects the Garmin devices - Mike |

Evening Mike.
pdapaul it's worth noting there was already a Sticky Thread covering this problem in the Garmin Forum here. Sometimes a quick search can save a bit of time. |

Cheers chaps,
Once again the problem has been identified as a loose nut behind the steering wheel.
Many thanks again |
