I received this message from TomTom:
'Dear xxx
We wish to inform you that our attempt to collect the subscription fee of GBP9,50 for your 'LIVE EU' subscription was unsuccessful. We will attempt to collect the subscription fee again within 5 days. Please ensure that your account balance covers this fee. If your payment details have changed, please contact TomTom Customer Support.
If this second attempt fails, your subscription will be cancelled and you will no longer have access to the 'LIVE EU' subscription.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact Tom Tom Customer support.
Best regards,
TomTom'
So what's going on here! Another TomTom error? I'll contact my credit card provider, but why is it saying £9.50 as opposed to the £7.98 for last month? Has anyone else has the same message? |

Got this reply
Dear Mr Stephenson,
Thank you for contacting TomTom Customer Care
The reference number for your query is 091118-xxxxxx.
Thanks for your call today. We would like again to apologise for the email you received today. We have had it now confirmed it was a system error which we are looking into it at the moment in which emails were issued by accident. It will not effect the way your live services work or how your your payments are taken. It can simply be ignored. We would like to apologise for any confusion this may have caused.
With Kind Regards
Richard

Got the same thing....I thought it was because I'd just activated a new credit card...assumed that the payment details needed updating. |
