Own themes

I want to make my own theme to my pocket pc 2003.. What program should I use to convert the pic into tsk format. How big is the themes? (size in pixels) and where can I download free themes?

Microsoft produced a (free) Theme Editor for Pocket PC 2002 that runs on a Windows 2000 or Windows XP machine. The only thing that doesn't work on Pocket PC 2003, from memory, is the automatic upload of the new theme to the Pocket PC when it's complete.

Look here for Microsoft's free theme generator. It works with WM2003. Search on google for free themes; there are plenty of them about.
