I have both a Garmin 255T and also an Audi A6 with Sat Nav. Since Friday neither device has been able to receive TMC data (both use the RAC Trafficmaster solution as opposed to the one from ITIS). I have e-mailed Trafficmaster as I am assuming the problem relates to a feed issue on their side and the data then not being broadcast by the various radio stations. I am located in Surrey but it would seem, from various forums, that the problem is fairly widespread

Both the Garmin and the Audi now seem to be recieving TMC data again, so the service seems to be restored

My Garmin KNA-G520 with GTM-10 TMC tuner has not received any traffic details or signal in 3 days! Crying or Very sad I have a lifetime subscription from TM-TMC, and another for France.

I am in the South London/Surrey area.

Is there a problem?

Thanks

This is work in progress, but you can see what Tm TMC messages are being sent, (or were being sent), around Milton Keynes.

www.thedevmachine.co.uk/sl/testpage.aspx

You can compare between BBC, RAC, AA, TFL feeds.

Next time you think there's an outage, take a look!

Enjoy

Did anyone have trouble or can confirm OK TMC receptin at about 7am or 7:30 today (monday 30th Nov) in Surrey?

My Honda sat nav could not receive any TMC and I am trying to decide if it is a fault with the unit or just no TMC in Surrey this morning?

It died at 12:51 on Sunday.
Looks like things got better at 10:00am this morning.

Thanks. Who provides the info on that website? Is it UK wide or specific to a particular area and is there a guide to 'reading' the info on it?
