i recently splashed out on an ipaq 1940 and tomtom nav 3 bluetooth combo but my ipaq failed after 2 days the suppliers gave me a brand new ipaq which has left my tomtom software useless, ive tried ringing them on hold for upto 45mins before getting cut off ,if i email them with an attachment ie the reciept the mail doesnt get through. has anybody got a better way of dealing with them, perhaps emailing the american office any ideas welcomed because as my name suggests i am going slowly mad because of this.cheers all sgm :| |

if your problems about activation you should be able to activate ot by going to ttcode.com
and getting a new acitvation code
but the tt software shouldnt be usless if you have the otner ipaq _________________ currently using aponia truck navigation on windows phone. Good bye IOS don't let the door hit you on the way out .

Yes I did a few weeks ago, it was an 0845 number, but I can't remember the rest of it. I did post it in these forums at the time. My query was dealt with very quickly and to my satisfaction.
I got the uk number from TomTom Holland, again I got through with only a short wait.
Hope this is of some use to you.

slowlygoingmad,
It may not be of much use in this instance but if you register on Tomtom's web site you can contact their support team through their FAQs page.
I have had to do this on a number of occasions and have always found their support team to be extremely helpful and usually quite quick in responding _________________ iPAQ 1940, Pocket PC2003, BT TTN5 |
