Looking at the stats, the majority of readers are using Hotmail and Outlook Express which works ok.

I use Outlook Expres (V6) and it doesn't appear correct on my PC. The left hand side is slid way down. The 'old' version was fine please go back!!

Guys, is there any way to include a screen shot of Outook 203 on Windows XP Home, Sp3?

I have pasted two parts of the view of the message in to a Word document, but I think it's too big to embed here.

Can I e-mail the page?

Yes of course (is it different to the OL2003 screen-shots I've posted?

Email to me, darren AT

We're investigating solutions. Going back is not an option. But we hope to resolve at least this issue where the elements are jumbled.

Daren, e-mail on it's way.

Hope it helps. I'm using Microsft Office Outlook 2003 11.8313.8221 Sp3 on Windows XP Home Build 2006.xpsp_sp3_gdr.090804-1435

I see you've sorted out the compatability view problem with IE8 now. I used to have to click compatability view every time I entered the site. Now I don't have to.

At least some things can be overcome.

yes, we reluctantly added some code to the site that forces ie8 to use compatibility mode regardless of user settings :D

Outlook Express V6

Right hand column appears first then left hand column (i.e. have to scroll a long way down to read the editorial). Apart from that, it is fine.

Hi,

Using Outlook 2003 and Vista and issues are the same as discussed with Darren last week, i.e. right hand column first then left hand column further down page slightly overlapping. I'm sure the blue background appears to be not as wide this week though Confused

Hi, having the same issue in Windows Live Mail Version 2009 Build 14.0.8089.0726 - the header is top left, then the right column, then below that the "Would you wear half a crash helmet..." column starts. Can email a screenshot if it helps...

Thanks

Thanks all.

We're working on a table based template for next week which we hope will resolve these frustrating issues once and for all.

If you could all dump Microsoft it'd be a great help Laughing

We'll get there in the end, but before Microsoft sort their issues for sure.
