Give TomTom a ring on Monday and complain (0845 161 0009) this is a known issue that some users seem to like and some of us hate, I don't see any advantage the "new" postcode data entry system offers and they should be considering reverting back to the old way of doing it - If people complain they might listen, if you don't make the call you will have to stick with what you have got - Mike |

Have you tried downloading wezipcodes715.zip?
It's on TomTom Support Model-Technical Support-Full digit postcode search not working in UK or Netherlands
See here for instructions it cured my problem relating to ZIP codes. |

The newer Navcore releases force you to enter a house number, leaving it blank is no longer an option, this is what the OP is complaining about in this case - Mike |
