Try a reset? Switch on and hold the power button down until the TomTom logo appears. You'll hear the TomTom drum sound and the unit will reset. You won't loose any settings but it might help sort the Traffic. |

Thanks PaulB2005, for your help, already tried as you surgest with no luck! Just been in touch with Tom Tom and apparently there is a number of users effected by this fault & they are busy trying to rectify it.
Once again thanks Paul |

Never received any email, but I just noticed, the HD service subscription now says expiry date 30/09/2010, now have HD traffic, google search, weather, buddies and fuel prices. Strangely enough the mobile safety camera will also update, but not the fixed cameras, though this is not really a problem as I use the PGSW version anyway.
Not like TomTom to give us a freebe, but thanks anyway! |

s3bdw. When did your LIVE Services run out? Have you just got a free year or just a month? |

I filled in a TomTom survey last month which asked questions about how much did I think would be a fair price for HD services etc, maybe this is by way of appreciation for taking part in the survey! who knows? |

Well after being offered a free month my 940 still won't connect to the Tom Tom server, I have been in touch with Tom Tom support (unfortunatley the same person, Chris) and they just shrug there shoulders saying its a know problem that will some time be fixed. Glad I did not pay! |

I now have about 20 items with different expiry dates in "my services", unfortunately the latest expiry date is the ones I have paid for. _________________ Drivelux |

Yes. Just noticed this myself. Several items appear several times and so now do the expiry dates of the trial from 6 months ago... |
