Copilot 8 (Windows Mobile) Problems

Bought Copilot 8 for my HTC Touch 3G on install like a plonker I selected the Benelux region by accident, it seems now my license is stuck with that region now and it seems to affect my ability to select a UK street name, at least that's what I'm putting it down to at this point. I tried deactivating and reactivating but the region stays the same, anyone ideas on this how I can sort, maybe a license file I can delete so I can select a new default region? Their UK support is absolutely awful, in fact it seems non-existent ....

if you can't select uk streets then you may need to select the uk maps. go to settings then 'data region' and choose uk.

you may also need to install and run 'central' to be able to install uk maps if it hasn't already done so.

I had the same problem, I phone CoPilot support and a very nice lady explained I had to delete the licp8 licence file in the Windows directory, I then had to enter my details again, scroll down to the region I really wanted, re-activate and it all now works.
