Just got the above for my son and struggling with a couple of items.
There doesn't seem to be a manage POI's icon. So how on earth do you add a POI group or delete POI's?
The TT speed camera warnings are sounding but we want to use the PGPS DB but I can't find any way to turn the TT camera sounds off.
Oh and one other thing try operate my One in Home and get 'functionality not yet supported for combination of device, device app version or computer OS'. Its on a laptop running Vista. |

Unfortunately TT don't seem to place as much emphasis on producing it as they do the Software Upgrades, and it often appears several days/weeks later. _________________ Richard

Hi Richard, been round the web and the manage icon is not there. Why not, seems a strange thing to remove?
So it looks like favs only.
Seems very short sighted to not have this as using POI's is a really useful feature.
Is there any way to add POI group and locations through home?
So we'll just have to wait for the DLL. |

You can add ov2 format files to your map folder which the device will let you use to navigate to or warn when approaching, but this will have to be done via the Home software or Windows Explorer.
The device doesn't have the full Manage POI option available as standard, whether its possible to add this functionality by running a custom menu on the device I am not too sure (but I know someone with one of these devices so I might try running a custom menu on it tomorrow to see if it is possible) - Mike |
