I'm trying to find out if the Garmin 775T is bluetooth compatible with my Samsung F480 Tocco phone.
The phones listed on the Garmin site seem to be US models of phones, or older European models.
I've checked several newer model Nokia and Samsung phones, but these are not on the list either.
I rang Garmin support ( Who were worse than useless ) he just kept on repeating if is is not on the list it is not comapatible !!!
I told him none of the newer UK Samsung or Nokia models were on the list, and that this seemed strange.
One of the lads at work says his sister uses her Tocco with a Garmin 765.
Is anyone using a Tocco with the 775T, or knows if it will work?
Thanks |

Thanks darrengsaw for the reply, I reckon the best thing I can do is to physically go into a shop and see if I can pair the Tocco and the 775T up. This also might be a problem as when i rang a local store, they refused to consider the idea and asked me to check the specs with Garmin !!! |

I have had to sell my Samsung and go back to a Motorola V3 because of bluetooth connection problems with my Garmin Nuvi 770.
It would send and receive calls OK - but the address book display on the Nuvi showed only mobile numbers from the phone. Landline numbers would not appear. |
