Hi Just a quick update. Having had a happy 30 mins with TT support, during which time the application was removed and reload. I've still got the same problem. Its as if its the wrong map version for my rider. But support says its OK!!!
Now its get some screen shots of the contents and send off to 2nd line support
At least I can put the old map back on and use the rider whilst this gets sorted

All the info TT asked for has now been sent.
So I tried the following, went back to an old application and map.
It worked.
Updated application, it worked,
Using home downloaded new map, cannot see it. deleted map, then added it using home.
IT WORKS!!!!!!!
Map is now 835.2421 is this the latest map?
App 7.901
