Hi
Just updated my 730 Go from the Tom Tom website.
First of all It asked me to download the new home page 2.7 which I did.
Now the problem I have is that I cannot download music onto the device, I get the error message YOUR DEVICE IS NOT SUPPORTED
Why has this changed is there a way around it as I use the Tom Tom as a MP3 player |

Try: 1) Resetting the unit 2) Shutting Home 3) Connecting the unit to the computer 4) Re-starting Home.
Does that help? _________________ David |

Hi, not downloaded the new TT Home my self so can't comment. A possible work-around would be to download your music mp3's into a folder on an SD Card. Make the folder name mp3 . If TT Home does not recognize the SD card either, at least you can add music direct from the computer to the card. _________________ Garmin Nuvi 2599

Under sound preferences, try unchecking link volume to highway speed (or whatever the actual wording is). _________________ David |
