Hi guys wonder if anyone can help I am having a lot of problems with the above combination.
Set Up: Dell XPS 420 3GB Ram
Windows Vista Home Premium
HTC Touch Diamond 2 with Copilot Live 7 on Sandisk Micro SD 8GB Card
1:unable to download Copilot 8 (Registration details not recognised although I can log onto Alk support )
2: Installed Copilot Central 2 thinking I may be able to download the software through this.
Copilot Central does not see my Touch Diamond or recognise my login details, I have tried the Touch Diamond in ActiveSync and Disk Drive Mode with the same results.
Any ideas ? _________________ Previously owned: Street Pilot III, TomTom 720, Navigon 7100

I had a similar problem due to an apostrophe in my surname.
In the end I replaced the ' with %27 in the address bar and it verified ok. |

Problem solved, the culprit on the software download was Internet Explorer (don't know why in would not download from the website) I used Firfox instead no problem.
On the Copilot Central issue, it only sees the Touch diamond and registration details after you install and activate Copilot 8
So everthing is now working as it should. _________________ Previously owned: Street Pilot III, TomTom 720, Navigon 7100
